Search teams warn time is running out for missing Indonesian submarine

Search teams working to find a missing Indonesian submarine warn its oxygen supply will run out tomorrow. An aerial search found an oil spill near the submarine’s dive location, and large objects have since been discovered floating in the water.


The navy lost contact with the vessel off the coast of Bali during a torpedo drill on Wednesday, with 53 people reportedly on board.

Singapore and Malaysia have joined the global search.
